BHANDARA - PGI

Shree Mata Mansa Devi Bhandara Committee Charitable Trust initially organised the Bhandara facility only at the Mansa Devi Complex. But on-demand, the committee realised the need for hygienic food in PGI, where the flow of people was huge from various states like Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, J&K, and Punjab. The Bhandara committee noticed that the people who come with the patients and the patients as well are seeking good food around the hospital.

Therefore, the hospital management provided space to the Bhandara committee for organising this food served daily. After this, there was no looking back. Hence, Shree Mata Mansa Devi Bhandara Committee Charitable Trust also conducts a parallel Bhandara at PGI hospital daily. Bhandara Committee is very supportive to poor patients and their attendants who can't afford outside meals though it's open for all patients and their attendants. We are delighted to do this service at one of the most prominent healthcare institutes in the North with our excellent team of managers and workers.

The food is prepared for the massive crowd that PGI encounters every day. Still, there is no compromise with the quality of food. We make sure to cook with complete hygiene and serve with pure devotion. The tea time starts early in the morning, around 7 am till 10 am, then the regular Bhandara begins around 12:30 pm till 3:30 pm, and at night dinner timings are 7 pm till 10 pm.

The machinery used to prepare Bhandara for such a mass is from Shree Mata Mansa Devi Bhandara Committee Charitable Trust, and we are delighted to do this service. All the patients are open to enjoy Bhandara in a fully AC hall. The best part about this Bhandara is that all the food is prepared using branded items, with zero compromises in food quality. Furthermore, there are proper seating arrangements for patients who cannot sit.
